Initial Phone Consultation
Our first step is to schedule a 15 minute free phone consultation. We will briefly discuss your goals for therapy, my working style, fees, and availability. We will schedule an intake appointment based on our match. It may be helpful to review your insurance benefits prior to the call.

Our second step is to meet in person. Our initial, 50-minute sessions will further dive into what brings you to therapy and define your positive outcomes for therapy. We will also build an initial, brief understanding of your relevant personal background.
I provide in-person, one-on-one, 50-minute sessions for adolescents and adults. These weekly sessions are a space to cultivate coping tools, build insight, and inspire growth. We will continue to address and adjust our mutually agreed upon goals.
